As part of our resesarch we will be exploring how to create augmented digital platforms that enable and extend engagements with landscape and nature.  Above are images from the Point of Ayr at Talacre and the Wirral coast. We are interested in how we can augment or re-present these kinds of images of nature. Is it possible to design a site that would allow us to find out more about that wind turbines that we can see on the horizon? Could we find a way of making visible the financialisation of offshore-wind as a presence in the landscape? Could we set this alongside the apparition of a ghost that was reported on the balcony of the Talacre lighthouse? What about the birds that define this space? And could we somehow layer in the histories of the coal mines that existed in the area? If we could do this successfully, what could it tell us about past, current and future ways of living with technological nature?
